Less than 2 days from now IBM gives a knockout punch to Red Hat [1, 2] and "[p]eople are openly planning their exit" at IBM (Hans de Goede moved from IBM to Qualcomm), seeing what PIPs and other leucocratic tricks are like:

People are openly planning their exit

Many people proactively leave (without compensation) to spare themselves humiliation, guilt, bitterness erc. IBM is turning up the heat on staff. █
