Bonum Certa Men Certa

Monday Will Not be “Early November”

"October" became "early November" and now what? Is it still coming along? For Team UPC, what's the next broken promise (lie)? It's always "Real Soon!" and "Coming Shortly..." (it's going to be Nov. 16th very soon, come Monday)

UPC prediction

UPC prediction

Summary: Another false/broken promise from Team UPC is largely predictable and more of the same; jingoistic 'media' (lobbying apparatus) will keep misleading readers, hoping to trick politicians into betrayal and abandonment of the public interest (not to mention constitutions and constitutional courts)

WE barely mention the UPC anymore. Even EPO insiders keep telling us that it's dead (and thus not worth the time); just like the career prospects of Benoît Battistelli and the credibility of António Campinos (whose own staff rejects him; only 3% of those surveyed trust their President!).

"The UPC Preparatory Committee Chair, Alexander Ramsay, might as well pursue a career in telemarketing as the requirements are largely the same."The UPC was intended as a Trojan horse for international conglomerates, patent trolls, and purveyors of software patents in Europe. But it failed. It's not getting off the ground. The promises are made by those whose career depends on it. They don't want to be rendered unemployed during the pandemic.

The UPC Preparatory Committee Chair, Alexander Ramsay, might as well pursue a career in telemarketing as the requirements are largely the same. Lie and lie and lie. And cash in while doing so.
