The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Restricting the development edition to developers only is not wise. There
are often situations which a system administrator has to run an unstable
version due to some quirk or another. The accessibility of the development
tree was one of the major advantages over other distributions that made us
choose Debian. The feedback we are getting from regular users on the
development editions is also important. Without feedback from regular
people the development effort might miss the real needs out there.

Ok. We are participating with a mirror (my school) by providing up to 3
Gigabytes of storage here in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Users Group is also able to provide a small mirror for
some stuff and an e-mail exploder.

(only if the development release is still accessible for everyone of
course. Tempers might flare up if I would forward your suggestion to our
mailing list!)
