The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

It seems like there are two needs here:

1. A routine that takes a list of packages, and sorts them into
order so that if you installed them one-by-one in that order, you
would never have a missing dependency.

2. A routine that reads a Package file (or group of Package files)
and reports any dependencies that are not satisfied within that
Package file (or group, assumably enforcing the non-free->contrib->stable)
relationship)

It may be that #2 automatically drops out of #1, or vice-versa, but
that may not be the best way.

Routine #1 needs to be callable, #2 can be standalone.
