The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Packages in old source format...

Well, following Bruce's pointer - that old-style packages can be
seperated from new-style packages by the lack of a .dsc file, I went
through a few directories on master and did the following:

ls *.dsc
ls *.tar.gz
put the two lists in a file, sort, and remove only the paired lines

I came up with the following numbers:

      5 admin
     11 base
     11 libs
     14 net
      3 shells
     11 utils
     55 total

Obviously, there's directories I didn't do :) I figured these were the
most important directories, so I went through them first. This is
looking like a job for a perl script, though, so I think I'm going to
try to code one up either this week or this weekend.

I figure that posting the list here is probably a bit rude, so I won't
do that unless there's a large outcry for it. I can send out nagmail
if people think it would be a good idea, or I can post the list here
if that gets support. Anyone want to chime in? :)
