The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

hot-site backup for master.debian.org

I am activating debian.novare.net as a hot-site backup for
master.debian.org . In the case of an unforseeable disaster that
makes "master" inaccessable, we should be able to switch operations
from "master" to debian.novare.net without losing much time or work.

We did once have a week-long attack on I-Connect by INTERNIC that made
master unusable, so this is not without precedent. Of course I'd never
wish anything like this on the I-Connect folks - I just want Debian to
be able to function if they do happen to have a problem.

You will be receiving a new password on debian.novare.net almost
immediately. Once you get it, please log on to the system and change
your password immediately. For security reasons, please do not use the
same password as on master.debian.org or any other system.
