The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Depending on the outcome of the vote...

We are going to have a vote starting this weekend.

I am proposing to go back to our old pre-board leadership paradigm,
improved with a bigger appointed delegation structure (people like Dan
Quinlan and Brian White, and all of the various team leaders who are doing
fine jobs). I don't think comittee rule would work. I predict that I will
win that vote. If I don't win, I will honor the will of the group,
withdraw from project politics, and maintain my two remaining packages
while I work on Linux for Hams and other back-burner projects.

If it happens that the sentiment of the group goes with me, what will
people like Joey do? I'd prefer that they continued to work on the project.
If you make loud noises and a _vote_ goes against you, I'd feel a lot more
comfortable simply _not_listening_ than I do at present. So, you see, a
democratic organization might not be an improvement from your standpoint.

Are you willing to continue to work with the group even if their
sentiment in a democratic vote goes against yours?

	Thanks

	Bruce
