The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Power PC for Debian

Good morning everyone,

the Linux-Kongress was great but straining.  The conference rooms were
located high on the castle of Wuerzburg in Germany.  If you want to
get an imagination on the talks or the castle, take a look at
http://www.linux-kongress.de/

Most of the talks were interesting and I only can invite everyone to
take part in such a conference.  There will be another one in autumn
but I come to that later.

As a side effect all participating Debian maintainers (about 15) met
each other, discussed, talked and cross-signed their PGP keys.

Vincent has reminded us that there will be a PowerPC that an austrian
guy gives to anyone who wants to work on it.  As some of you already
know on the conference we decided that we shall try to get that
machine and host it in my LAN.  So I went to half of Germany together
with a 200MHz PowerPC. :-)

We got that machine primarily for installing Linux on it so the
company which has endowed that machine can sell PPCs together with
Linux installed.  At the moment we can use it for three months but
that can be extended.

There's still MacLoss on it but will be removed as soon as I have
investigated the hardware.  It comes with a big hard disk so we can
store all source files on it.

As soon as Vincent and I have set up a Debian system on it.  This
machine can be used for Development.  I will use the same policy for
giving out accounts like on master.  The machine will be called
tervola.Infodrom.North.DE and will have an alias
debian-ppc.Infodrom.North.DE.  So watch out when it goes online.  :-)

When we are that far I'll let you know.
