The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

Derivitive? I think not. It is the same thing, just slightly
modified.

Look again at this paragraph:

Permission to use, copy, modify, and distribute this software
and its documentation for any purpose and without fee to the
University of Washington is hereby granted, provided that these legal
notices appear in all copies and supporting documentation, that the
name "Pine" is retained, and that the name of the University of
Washington is not used in advertising or publicity pertaining to
distribution of the software without specific, written prior
permission. This software is made available "as is".

It seems clear enough to me....
