Microsofters and Their Chaos Theory

Chronicles Of Chaos

THIS Web site - or its Gemini capsule* - has repeatedly condemned Lunduke, a former Microsofter, for a number of different things over the many years (over 15 years already!), dealing with a range of different criticisms, but having said that, censorship is not the way to go and there seems to be a common consensus among some people that censorship is the only way to go. We beg to differ. While one can strongly disagree with the political views of a person, some of the following accounts seem accurate and at the same time disturbing. We'll address each in turn:

  1. Elementary OS & Asahi Linux declare war on "Right Wing" nerds
  2. NixOS commits a "purge" of "Nazi" contributors, forces abdication of founder
  3. Ladybird Web Browser Developer Attacked by Unhinged, Dishonest Activists
  4. Crazy Tech People Who Hate Lunduke - Part II

In short (and yes, I did take a look), (1) shows the politicisation, (2) shows mis-framing of almost everyone as "nazi" (even Jewish people get called "nazi"), (3) shows a familiar modus operandi (we've witnessed that firsthand), and (4) - the latest of them all - is so heavy in "ad hom" and light on refutation.

Pigeons walk and fly over a table before devouring all the scraps

To be clear, I never spoke to Lunduke and when he tried to reach out to me I did not reply. There are many reasons for this, but I still refuse to censor him for a number of reasons. All those people who shout "fascist" at people are failing to see what they themselves are quickly turning into.

If you call everyone, even on the left, "fascist" and "nazi" etc. you are inverting the polarity. Eventually it is you who is behaving like a nazi. Attacks on gays and women are not "trans activism". Trans people need to do something about radicals like those who attack feminists, e.g. for not succumbing to men speaking 'for' them. Nobody wins here! The goal or the outcome is chaos. And yes, chaos is quite likely their goal. Unhappy with their own lives, they try to tear everyone else down. It has been dubbed "crybullying" because of the methods. Some of these methods are explained above.

I've always been left-leaning and I remain a leftist-progressive person. Seeing that the word "nazi" gets thrown around and even RMS gets painted as some kind of fascist pig, how am I supposed to ignore the real fascist (corporate) wave, wherein so-called 'antifa' enter IRC channels and spout out "Gas the Jews"? This whole thing seems to be more about seeding chaos than anything else. Perhaps Microsofters recognise that Microsoft cannot be redeemed; hence, the only way forward is to vandalise and destabilise communities or community-run projects.
