The Microsofters Will Have an Obligation to Compensate Us
“People that use Red Hat, at least with respect to our intellectual property, in a sense have an obligation to compensate us.”
--Steve Ballmer
When two Americans use Microsoft money to harass a journalist and his wife in another continent the consequences are severe. If the collusion is proven and funding sources fully identified, the Microsofters can be made to pay considerable compensation for years of harassment. What exacerbates things for the Microsofters is the attacks on means and financials, which is manipulative and facilitated by an anti-metoo legal team. They're in essence waging war on women and on their women victims. Seeing what has happened thus far, and bearing in mind their eagerness to engage in extortion behind the scenes (while likely abusing "without prejudice"; we shall cover this in great depth one day), the likelihood of them being held accountable, even if they hide in another continent (or because of it!) is growing each month. Short of the law firm being struck off, the people who ran it can be held accountable as well, even if they hide being "limited liability" shells with less than $3 in the bank.
This story isn't just about Microsoft. It's also about corruption, there are many women victims, there is abject "abuse of process", and many more scandals to be illuminated in years to come. The British authorities are looking into it; they won't tolerate "abuse of process" from a dictatorship across the Atlantic. Several law firms and NGOs are on our side because they see how unjust this whole thing is. █
