Hiding in a Forest Without a Phone and Hiding Behind the First Amendment in the United States (US)
Already having a history of being sued for defamation in the US
As I've said here since more than 4 years ago, I was the victim of defamation and I still am. Will I take legal action? As I keep saying almost every month, suing someone who is broke for defamation is rather pointless, i.e. the same as suing Sirius for pension fraud. My colleagues and I were told by legal professionals that the company would just enter administration/bankruptcy and refuse to pay (after losing the case; it's a very trivial one to prove because we have the official letters from the pension provider).
So now some serial defamer is trying to invert the narrative, painting himself - not yours truly - as the victim of defamation. Such incredible reversal of narratives isn't unprecedented; people keep telling me that he really should be sued if it's worth the trouble. Yes, people have long said I should be the one to take legal action and I spoke about that in public for over 3 years, even in some past videos. He and his partner are "experts" at defaming people. I was told by some people I should be the one suing him, if not for factors like the First Amendment in the US.
See, they are playing a dirty game here, knowing I'd need to sue him for defamation in a country with the First Amendment, so it asymmetric by nature and it's hard to serve papers to people who dwell in the forest, one might say resort to hiding in the forest*. A perfect venue for serial defamation against the likes of Dr. Stallman and Prof. Moglen? The principal perpetrator is writing in public about his personal life and he's then asserting he needs "privacy", as if nobody can repeat what he said in public. Of course we'll ferociously crush all the claims until the very last one [1, 2]. Tomorrow we'll explain that the claims are lots of "copypasta". A lot remains to be said about the absurdity of it all, but we'd rather focus on the topics that truly matter, preferably over 90% of the time. █
