Brett Wilson LLP is not a person. It is a firm. I, unlike Brett Wilson LLP, am a person.
They not only weaponise the state to force people onto their own turf on their own terms; then they try to outnumber the other side so as to play a game of "lawfare" on behalf of very guilty, very terrible people from another continent.
Microsoft money travels a long way.
Brett Wilson LLP is in shambles with falling staff count (every year it gets smaller), very little money left in the bank, and considerable debt. So it should not be so shocking it keeps looking for help from the outside. It remains unknown to us whether that includes family members. It should be noted that it is not clear if the other Wilson, Kate Wilson, in the documents' metadata - not limited to letters and communications - is the partner, his wife, or a second Barrister with the same surname (the Barrister apparently knows of Mr. Wilson as "MRS JUSTICE COLLINS RICE" cited Brett Wilson in her 2023 case, based on a decision in ALAN MCGEE v KATIE LEWIS), but nobody can deny that they devoted huge resources to this attack on behalf of two Microsoft-linked Americans against me. They nowadays handle it like their own "project" rather than their American clients'. This, to a fair and objective judge, should be considered or seen as a critical factor that must be weighed in. It seems disproportionate and unfair to stack up about 10 people (with a legal licence) in London, including outsiders, against one humble Litigant in Person based in Manchester, not to mention his wife, who was merely a victim (she wrote about what had been done to her).
The unintended consequences of such lawfare is that judges can see who the underdog is and act accordingly. The more the Microsofters throw into the case, the more questions it raises.
What's happening here (and since 2 years ago) is a personal attack on me. They hired a firm to do "reputation laundering" [1, 2]; its purpose these days is to just attack a person. No amount of projection can hide that. █
