Apple faces unprecedented executive exodus

To Apple, 2025 was a year of commercial flops, PR gaffes, surging debt, mass layoffs, many executives' departures, and news about the CEO being pushed out. This is how CNN put it weeks ago:

What the heck is going on at Apple?

To quote: "Apple announced the departures of three executive team members in less than a week. Meta poached a key Apple design leader. And speculation is mounting that Tim Cook may be preparing to step aside as CEO."

As mentioned a couple of hours ago in relation to IBM, the "GAF" in GAFAM didn't exist when the Web started. Only Microsoft and Apple existed. Both are now having serious problems, not the least of which due to GNU/Linux.

We await further stumbles and falls from Apple (in 2026).
