The Need to Understand the Projection Tactics Against RMS
There's an old and common saying (or "wisdom") about who's guilty when there's a fart in elevators (lifts); the saying goes, the person who rushes to blame others is the real culprit.

New: Open Letter to FOSDEM 2026
Today, as I plan on going to the FOSDEM 2026, I was checking the speakers, and I noticed that Drew DeVault will be giving a talk about Hare, his programming language.
For those not in the know, Drew DeVault has been accused (with what seems as pretty compelling evidence), of being both a pedophile, and a misogynist.
We'll soon run a series about the man who repeatedly called Jeffrey Epstein "serial rapist"; online mobs tries to cancel him while conveniently ignoring close friends of this "serial rapist" who are known perverts. They're greedy, malicious people who actually did really bad things to women.
"Normalizing Truth, Reason, Justice" will be the goal of this series.
RMS is being targeted because his views anger the sorts of powerful/rich people who liked to hang out with a "serial rapist" (he gave them access to underage women). They saw nothing wrong about what he had done and was still doing. They were participating, cooperating, and facilitating.
So why was RMS being thrown under a bus?
RMS, like every person, isn't perfect. Many people did all sorts of embarrassing things (some in private, some in public), but we need to focus on the message, not give air to people who try to shoot the messenger (accusing him of what they themselves are guilty of).
Some speak of people who throw stones in glass houses; others speak of people who fart in small but crowded spaces, then try to accuse everybody else. It stinks.
Social control media controlled by broligarchs like Scam Altman are manipulating public discourse on this matter, even in 2026. █
