Saudi Arabia Does Not Rely Much on Microsoft/Windows
From 98% (2009) to just ~10% (9% last summer)

Saudi Arabia (KSA) is at war and it gets targeted by missiles. US bases in Saudi Arabia are targets. Then there are cyberattacks, which are conducted by state-connected actors (protected by their nation's laws).
That Saudi Arabia lessened its dependence on Windows must be a relief.
