Brunei is a small oil-rich city-state-like country with fewer than half a million residents, ranked seventh in the world for GDP (PPP) per capita. Like Monaco, it's fast to adopt GNU/Linux.

GNU/Linux is neither a luxury of the rich nor a consolation prize for the poor. Compare to Chad. █
