Comments on Today's Judgment

This judgment will be handed down by the Judge remotely by circulation to the parties' representatives by email and release to The National Archives. The date and time for hand-down is deemed to be 10:30am on Wednesday 29th July 2026

Today, in London, King’s Bench Division (KB, formerly QB) issued two judgements. One for a lawsuit or lawsuits filed by a businessman in several continents (even the US/America) and another for a lawsuit filed in a foreign continent and is funded by third parties. Focusing on the latter, today we issued this press release on litigation. It hopefully helps clarify what actually happened; the litigant made an utterly inane remark, maybe poking fun at the fact my barrister had represented JK Rowling at one point (also Wayne Rooney, Manchester United FC, and many others). █
