Matthew J. Garrett Tried to Put My Wife and I in Prison, the High Court Found Most - a Considerable Majority and Very Large Number - of the Allegations (on 3 Grounds) Made by Garrett to be Invalid or Without Merit
MANCHESTER, England, July 29, 2026 (techrights.org) - After receiving death threats (still being investigated as of this week) and my wife receiving thousands of pages in the post alleging she should be arrested, based on the wishes of this one notoriously aggressive law firm (which could not even use the correct name of my wife), there is a determination by a judge.
It comes 9 months after Matthew J. Garrett admitted under oath that he had collaborated in docket-stuffing with a Microsoft employee arrested for strangling women and also about 9 months after Matthew J. Garrett's spouse accused him of rape and other serious things.
Under oath (he chose to swear on the Bible, he did not have to) Matthew J. Garrett admitted he routinely tried to take sites down - as he tried many times against us (at least 4 times over the years) - this dictatorial behaviour culminated in misuse of state powers and corporate powers. It is also funded by third parties, according to Matthew J. Garrett himself.
The ruling from the High Court says that out of 177 allegations of breaches, 4 were successful which pertain to posts that were amended before the hearing and dozens were about analogous but not identical GemText pages that were entirely removed before the hearing, so about two thirds - close to three quarters - of the allegations failed and ended up costing a lot of money, time, paper, and attention better devoted to dealing with actual crimes, not bloggers who write about abuse they were subjected to online.
Matthew J. Garrett and the firm will likely - as always - tell a twisted and mostly distorted version of events. We remain committed to telling what actually happened. We do not have a million pounds to spend on lawyers and ~120 kilograms of legal papers, but we have a substantial amount of evidence backing and corroborating what we say.
