A Leap in GNU/Linux Usage, Japan's Share in Particular
Last night: GNU/Linux Approaches 7% in Japan
Some evil/malicious tongues and GNU/Linux haters help Microsoft with EEE this week ("WSL") and some of them dismiss "Linux" as mere "bots" (despite growth in downloads). We won't name them here (they're named in IRC), but let's just say that Valve shows its measures aren't consistent/accurate, whereas Clownflare focuses on people who access site via its CDNs, not just "gamers" who like DRM and rootkits ("anti-cheat").
One thing that merits attention right now is Japan. It looks like it's adopting GNU/Linux instead of GAFAM. It sort of stands out. █
