Some time ago, in a post that concentrates on Cisco, we provided many examples of cases where Microsoft betrays its business partners. We urge you to read this if you haven't. Here is the latest example:

According to the email Microsoft was interfering with various aspects of Bungie’s business. It claims Voles were fiddling in everything Bungie did, from marketing to public relations. According to the email, Microsoft was also “stingy” with profits.

"Why are we doing so many things cross-platform? .. I consider this cross-platform issue a disease within Microsoft .. We should be asking for specific innovations to restrict to Windows .."

There's also the more recent memo from Jim Allchin -- one where he expresses his disappointment with Longhorn (to be renamed Vista) and the need to face the "challenge of Linux".

There's too much to explore among the Iowa exhibits. It's truly a gold mine.

Thanks Dough for sharing this. The PDF even though old clearly indicates who MS is? They haven;t changed a bit. I am sure Novell will learn this lesson again in future.
