With 117 blog posts in the first 9 days of July, we're set to break the records (371 posts in August 2010 and 361 the following month), but only if we don't get trolled to death in IRC or suffer DDOS attacks (like last month). Those records aren't that important or objective (not all posts are equal), but our aim is to spend more time on videos and articles, a little less time on Daily Links.
"Starting a bunch/batch of lawsuits would be very time-consuming (never mind cost), but that's not off the cards."When I left my job last December I had to spend a lot of time making phonecalls, talking to former colleagues, police, pension firms etc. With the crimes of Sirius 'Open Source' being 100% confirmed (not even denied by the perpetrator, who sent me an E-mail 1.5 weeks ago) I can only hope the British authorities will realise that their own reputation is at stake, not just some small firm's reputation. As a side note, we have reasons to believe that aside from the bribe from Bill Gates (we'll try to get a subpoena for that NDA) what played a role in the above was a Microsofter doxing my wife and I to the employer. If we can definitively prove it, we'll share the details.
