L is for Linux and Lao
Based on statCounter (for this month):
Lao should really have something called LaOS, maybe LanuxOS. In practice, however, is has been difficult to gather any information about Free software and on GNU/Linux in Lao (like on everything else in that country). The language support is also lacking.
Nevertheless, it seems like millions in the region have moved to GNU/Linux.
Notice GNU/Linux growing lately (screenshot above). Vista 11's share went down to the same level as a year ago. How many people replace Windows?
Well, being a Communist country with diplomatic relations with other Communist countries, it's interesting that Baidu is hardly used there, Google dominates. Maybe a contributing factor is Android at about 63% of the market. Windows is down to ~10%. █
