India Times ☛ Massive tech layoffs at Apple, Dell, IBM are a wake-up call for IT professionals: Why upskilling is the key to survival - Times of India
Apple has let go of 100 employees in its services division to refocus on AI, while Cisco is cutting 6,000 jobs in a second major round of layoffs to pivot towards AI and cybersecurity. German chipmaker Infineon and Dell Technologies are also following suit with significant layoffs and restructuring efforts aimed at AI integration.
