All Efforts to Censor Techrights Have Always Failed
THE Techrights Web site never had to remove a page or an article. In some cases we obscures names, usually for reasons like people in IRC fearing they would be identified (sometimes the 'issue' is that their IP address showed up, sometimes they mistakenly pasted a password into IRC). Later this year the site turns 19 and we not only maintain a free speech record but also 100% source protection record. In 2026 We can make it to 20 years of source protection. We'll probably still be focusing on EPO scandals.
If Techrights wasted time on social control media, then it would risk being censored by third parties like ByteDance, MElon, and Kapo-berg. We were never seduced into that trap (outsourcing of communications). █
