statCounter Says GNU/Linux Usage is Up Again (Internationally)

About a day later than usual statCounter has finally released some preliminary April data and it looks good for GNU/Linux and Android:

Windows is down in India and if the same GNU/Linux levels were still reported for Indian data (they seems too have self-corrected; now they call those users "Unknown"), then GNU/Linux would be at over 5% by now. █
