Why does WIN11 seem like malware ?

Several sites have just pointed out that Microsoft got downgraded and target lowered [1, 2, 3].

Microsoft price target lowered to $400 from $430 at Melius Research

None bothered to mention the exodus (e.g. in XBox) or the silent layoffs. The press isn't functioning anymore. A lot of the above is driven by slop. █
