Does Europe belatedly recognise that military providers in "tech" clothing cannot be trusted to respect the national sovereignties or constitutions across Europe? And would instead seek to impose US-controlled back doors across the entire continent? This is the relationship of a master and vassal, not partners.
The good news is, Europe's rhetoric may already result in some concrete action.
