Earlier this month we showed that Pocock had appealed a decision made by a court in the United States. Pocock has been subjected to strategic lawsuits against Web sites of his. The objective was clear: censor/silence Pocock. As an insider at the so-called 'FSFE', Mozilla, Debian, GSoC and several other frameworks or organisations he just "knew too much..."
Making Pocock just "go away" is not easy and when huge financial resources are devoted to silencing a person, there is growing risk that whatever this person has to say will have a growing audience.
