Microsoft Has Just Been Sued Over Layoffs
As noted earlier on in Daily Links, "Microsoft is now dealing with legal action from unions over the way it carried out Xbox layoffs" (source; we gave more sources).
Last night we said whistleblowers were also becoming an issue for Microsoft and yesterday morning we spoke of a rebellion.
If the rumours are true, there is yet another wave of layoffs at Microsoft. It may be triggered 5 days from now. The "official" numbers spoon-fed by Microsoft are false. Over 10,000 people are losing their jobs at Microsoft this month and it may not even be over yet.
As always, we welcome Microsoft whistleblowers (we've had many). We protect them unconditionally, regardless of costs and irrespective of risks to us. █
