In future years we plan to have very long series about the disturbing degree to which Microsoft (US) controls the UK's courts, overseers thereof, law firms, and regulators thereof. Not only does Microsoft see almost all the communications; it also holds the passwords and therefore gets access to everything. It can tamper with anything it wants, including evidence. Microsoft should never be in such a position and the same was said in relation to the EPO 5 years ago (another long series). Digital sovereignty is absolutely a prerequisite or key requirement for legal sovereignty; we're nowhere near that.

Case in point:

1. Microsoft controls restricted boot via certificates and more (it's not about security)
2. Microsoft also controls judges abroad using restricted boot (1), Windows, and online (dis)services
3. Microsoft already attacks judges overseas (even in ICC) via (2) for private interests
4. Microsoft staff/apologists try to weaponise judges overseas (by spending over a million pounds on lawyers and barristers) to censor people who speak about (1-3) above and to punish them financially

If justice is the goal, then there is a profound topological problem therein. █
