NDA-Compatible PIPs and RAs at IBM Red Hat

After 4.7 wonderful years, my journey with Red Hat comes to an end, and what a journey it has been!

Hardly alone that day: Many People "Left" Red Hat This Month, Including Yesterday

I keep seeing loads of people who leave Red Hat or left Red Hat last month. No, no, no... it's not bluewashing as IBM announced in summer (saying it would happen on the first of October). This is a very large number of people actually leaving. The headcount is fast decreasing. Since it's IBM we can expect likely illegal NDAs to be signed. This means people won't express their true feelings (that would be too costly).

I've seen many people laid off and many who resigned. Rarely do they say their job "comes to an end, and what a journey it has been!"

This seems like an effort to stay in some literary lane, based on some conditions specified in the "release".

We welcome Red Hat whistleblowers who can share with us the NDA/s passed their way. █
