Intercontinental Brigading - Part VII - Weekend Abuse Reported to British Police (Rogue Actors Take No Breaks)

posted by Roy Schestowitz on Oct 18, 2026

The GGG brigade ("Restricted Boot" Garrett, "Microsoft Plagiarism" Graveley & "Gas The Jews" Lozza) took no breaks. Even during weekends and holidays the transatlantic lawfare and online harassment carried on, either via cops or via hired guns (in another continent). It's about themselves, not about the law.

Allison Pearson says she felt 'bullied' in police probe
"Pearson publicised the visit from police in an article she wrote in the Telegraph, in which she claimed she was told by the police who came to her home it was over a “non-crime hate incident”, but was not told which post it was about."

It's still Sunday and we choose not to publicise articles or instalments too "heavy" (in details). But since it's a weekend we have something timely and topical to focus on.

In the past we covered how hired guns took advantage of weekends and holidays to send menacing communications - the same thing that the EPO had done to me over a decade ago. It is intentional, it is strategic, and they seem perfectly aware that the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) [1, 2, 3, 4] would do nothing about this immoral, abusive, unprofessional behaviour. We need to talk about this. The public needs to know. Ministers, likewise, deserve to know as they're working towards a much-needed and long-overdue reform.

As a little bit of background for the mostly/wholly uninitiated, Garrett and his collaborators (from Microsoft) in lawfare had a hard time 2 years ago. Garrett had just been sued (twice [1, 2]), his hired guns would be sued by their own clients just months later [1, 2, 3], and Graveley filed a lawsuit, only to be sued himself months later. This is still ongoing. Lozza stepped in to issue threats to a female connected to our webhost (but not working directly for the webhost) - a matter we'll return to later on.

We've repeatedly explained that those three Americans, two of whom had been arrested, relied on debt and third parties to engage in litigation weighing at about 120 KG of legal papers (so far). The problem is, these Americans are freeriding resources of the UK's High Court (at least 9 judges so far, including two chief judges and two Masters) at the expense of a European couple, the British taxpayers, and the Court (also local taxpayers, not Americans). This lawfare is clearly and objectively hostile to the interests of our country, hence ministers [1, 2] have taken note and are discussing our case in formal letters (which we might share in the more distant future when this matter is less precarious).

Two of these three Americans have no income sources. There's no way for me to get them to pay for the damage they did, i.e. no prospect of recovery of money spent on domain-specific solicitors (typical situation to be assessed a priori). That right there is typically a reason/basis upon which to suspend processes. They're gaming the system at no risk to themselves (even if I somehow get some notary help in compelling them to pay from another continent).

What makes it worse is, without paying any fees (or even tax in the UK) they had the audacity to call cops right here in the UK, trying to weaponise them against my wife and I. The worst part is that they left out all the Hate Crimes hurled by them into our IRC network. If some American commits online crimes from America... right here in the UK, should British police even entertain this American at all? It has no way to apprehend the American when false reports are made. I later reported to the police cybercrimes committed by this same person, plus an open admission of those cybercrimes (by the perpetrator). How much in terms of financial resources got devoted to this? And why? How can this be justified?

On a Saturday two years ago I wrote to cops:

Hi,

So the abuse continues today (Saturday). It's done over Tor and other relays.

To be clear, abuse comes from account names and site names with "techrights" in them, talking about my wife's body parts and mine, so it should be clear who had a morbid obsessions that manifests itself in committing crimes against us for years.

see Crime Reference CRI/06A1/0025880/23 and Crime Reference CRI/06A1/0025876/23 (multiple victims here, multiple cases)

Tomorrow it's a weekday (Monday), so we'll give a more elaborate explanation of the context.

The financial toll of this cyber warfare/lawfare isn't limited to a humble couple in Manchester. A lot of the nation's already-overloaded (and critically understaffed) services are imperiled by Americans who game/manipulate them for "revenge" without any fear of being held to account.

Some time in the next few days I'll share an elaborate report I sent (as PDF) to the police. It covered many aspects somewhat more formally. The police has since then come to our home for us to present them with evidence and explanations about abuse (more times than we can recall).

As a closing word (or words), none of this is reducible to a personal spat. It can be traced back to 14.5 years ago when I opposed back doors in Linux. Some people made it "personal" and I've since then been targeted online. It culminated in SLAPPs 5 years ago (full timeline with context). One trigger seems to be an arrest (and charges against) a Microsoft employee I had accused of fraud, plagiarism, and telling women to kill themselves. The implicit death threats to my family came later. They try to blame their profound problems on me because I simply explain what they did to me and to my family while shamelessly lying to many judges and defaming critics [1, 2]. █

We need people to sponsor our lawfare
