People Who Came From Microsoft Demanding Removal of Articles About Them, About Microsoft, and About Microsoft GitHub is "Generous" (According to Them)
Generous is what it's all about (as indicated below by "ARROW"; the red bits were superimposed by us and we responsibly redacted addresses)
Generous indeed. Even "EXTREMELY GENEROUS"! Thanks for your "generosity"! How many more women need to be strangled while articles about this behaviour are preemptively removed? (Not)
What do women who work at Brett Wilson LLP (about half a dozen of them) think about it and how would they feel if an abusive (violent) husband of theirs was represented by Brett Wilson LLP to attack them, the victim? Seeing that Brett Wilson LLP engages in censorship expeditions for Americans (against Brits who they misname and who merely expose abuse)? This beggars belief.
We have only just mentioned a removal of unflattering news about Microsoft. We have some news of our own and the time seems right. We'll leave out some views or observations until a later point. This article is as accurate as possible and we have evidence added to support our accusations.
In the screenshot above it's not an ordinary PDF; they printed and scanned (or bitmapped) the printout instead of sending a proper PDF (which is something that's far easier to pass along; they already had the source file!), probably fearing I might publish the crude text of the letter of what we deem to be extortion. They didn't even include any words in their E-mail.
Phone numbers and addresses redacted.
They pretend to be polite and use all caps. This is at least the third time they try this.
This wasn't the first time they sent such a threat. Well, threats are - after all - their occupation. Yes, it is their livelihood.
Perhaps they understand that there's no legitimate reason for removal and borderline extortion is the only way forward: "If you have the facts on your side, pound the facts. If you have the law on your side, pound the law. If you have neither on your side, pound the table."
What we have here is a lot of table-pounding by someone who physically assaulted women (he does not deny this).
In the interest of transparency (extortion in general thrives in darkness) we disregard unreasonable demands to keep this secret. This was a culmination of 4 or 5 "waves" of such extortionate demands or threats, dating back to October 2024. Men who strangle women have found the audacity to make these demands and a debt-saddled law firm facilitates it.
And they clearly understand that their case has no "teeth", hence they try to settle on censorship of articles (without identifying what's actually wrong with them, without due process either). Hurt feelings aren't "evidence" and demands without a judge's order are just microaggressions.
When you're a millionaire you just pay some firm to sabotage Wikipedia for you. When you are not a millionaire and only lie to girls (claiming to be worth hundreds of millions while living with your dad in your forties) you get some firm like Brett Wilson LLP, which is truly desperate for money, based on its latest financial filings (in the public domain).
To be clear, this has nothing to do with defamation, it's just reputation laundering as a "product" or a "service" (in this case, covering up corruption and crimes at Microsoft). This is how they market themselves:
Expecting to expose the powerful without facing some difficulty misses the point that the powerful always have and always will misuse their power to silence critics and criticism.
Shame on Microsoft, shame on Brett Wilson LLP for taking money from notorious Microsofters*, and shame on Brett Wilson LLP for acting like Nathan Capone did (for the EPO) back in 2015 when he tried hard to censor people who had published articles about EPO crimes.
We'll come back to it some time in the future (there's a lot more to be said about this and shown when the time is right). I don't live in Russia (never even traveled there), but some firms in London act like they're actually in Moscow and signal their loyalty to the Kremlin [1, 2]. "Ethics" is just some Web page they have somewhere along with "privacy statement" (they also violated my privacy), "diversity" and so on. █

* Imagine choosing a law firm that borrows money in the same year just to avoid overdraft in the bank! Firms do go under (sooner or later) and if this happens in the middle of some case it can be chaotic. The "quality" of clients also went down at Sirius Open Source when times got tough. After defrauding its own staff the company went as far as onboarding a ‘Christian’ fundamentalist (anti-abortion) site, payday loans pusher etc. That's a giant "turn-off", but dying companies cannot choose their clients like affluent companies can.
