IBM Lawsuits Over Alleged Fraud Are Piling Up

We saw several others, some over mainframe lies.
We've lost track (or count) of how many legal actions got filed against IBM over allegedly false financing/accounting (in colloquial terms, "cooking the books"), but we saw highly misleading WSJ coverage about what happened last week and then, a few days ago, we saw the same in BI, owned by German billionaires and employing a former WSJ (Murdoch) hack to portray the culprit (Krishna) as the saviour. Does Krishna use his ill-gotten fortunes to engage in a media blitz or is that paid by someone else, maybe derived from IBM's own corporate purse/wallet?
We'll keep an eye on the lawsuits. IBM is down sharply today (yes, again). █
