The debian-private mailing list leak, part 1. Volunteers have complained about Blackmail. Lynchings. Character assassination. Defamation. Cyberbullying. Volunteers who gave many years of their lives are picked out at random for cruel social experiments. The former DPL's girlfriend Molly de Blanc is given volunteers to experiment on for her crazy talks. These volunteers never consented to be used like lab rats. We don't either. debian-private can no longer be a safe space for the cabal. Let these monsters have nowhere to hide. Volunteers are not disposable. We stand with the victims.

How about adding "though don't hesitate to discuss any ideas, as long as
it's clear both sides can say "no" at any time"?

We'd probably have to improve our skin thickness, though. Back at the
FreeOS debate, I certainly was on the side of those that didn't like the
proposal, but the way some people on "my side" went up in flames was sort
of embarrassing. I'd much prefer if we could stick to discussing proposals
on their merits.

And I don't claim to be a saint, either. People always tend to have
trouble seeing where they went wrong themselves. I do think that it helps
to be aware of that problem, but sometimes other people have to tell you
you made a mistake. It has happened to me.
