THESE latest numbers (ODF) are encouraging as they show us Kyrgyzstan being a little ahead, on average, compared to the rest of the world. GNU/Linux, but not Chromebooks, seems to have grown in popularity and it seems ubiquitous enough given the stability of the estimates across months so far this year.
