Brett Wilson LLP Spreads Trumpism to the United Kingdom, Looking to Profit From 'Legal Colonialism' (Overriding Sovereignty)

There's growing recognition of this conundrum worldwide.

Trump is killing the rule of law in the United States. We need to suspend our extradition agreement

Brett Wilson LLP does not filter clients. Unless they're filtered for how bad they are.

That's why at Brett Wilson LLP nationalists and apparently Donald Trump fans are among the only litigation clients (if not the sole libel litigation clients). That seems to be all the lawsuits of Brett Wilson LLP this year, based on public records (except the lawsuit against Brett Wilson LLP as a firm [1, 2, 3]). They say that a fish rots from the head down [1, 2]. One can get stigmatised for choosing this firm.

onstitution in US is dead

In our case, what we've witnessed so far is Brett Wilson LLP lying to Judges about the cases and taking as clients serious misogynists who attack women, sometimes even physically strangle them (what sort of law firm and ideological belief compel them to see this as acceptable?); heck, their clients sign fabrications and lies with a "Statement of Truth" (to say this is an immoral act is an understatement) after bullying, defaming and lying about people, then having the audacity to pretend to be the victims [1, 2].

The way it seems to me, personally, they just mimic their President (US). Remember that all the above are Americans. They're Americans who attack British women, using lawfare, via some bullies in London. Acting the way SRA as an institution calls "hired guns"...

The SRA is aware of this issue, but it's slow and understaffed.

What we have here are two Americans, funded by some very rich person/s (we assume also American/s) double-dipping the British docket - using the exact same barrister and lawyers (the entire office is now devoted to this) to attack a poor, independent publisher and his wife. This is an American attack on British press, funded heavily by hostile interests that seek to censor the publisher after American women got strangled (there was also an arrest and official charges; it's well documented).

In a nutshell, what we have here is American money (from people who hide their identity so as to attack my wife and I 'by proxy') attacking British reporters in a foreign continent, simply because they reported women getting strangled by Microsoft staff and various other very serious issues.

Why are British courts being gamed like this? Should this be tolerated?

The above Crikey (Australia) publication points out it's time to disengage from an increasingly authoritarian US, which emulates the Kremlin. If we can condemn Russian operations inside the UK, why not treat American hostilities similarly? Because of the "special relationship"?

As we put it yesterday: "We've meanwhile learned that Microsoft (US) continues to bribe politicians in Europe. It basically 'hired' our last Prime Minister. It does similar things in the EU [1, 2]. That's problematic for so many reasons. Rich corporations and people seem to be buying (hence taking control of) governments."

Legal systems are meant to serve the domestic population; in Britain, that should mean the locals, not local law firms serving Americans who spent time in prison for strangling American women.
