GNU/Linux Surges to About 4% in Peru This Year
In Peru, one of the poorest counties in America, GNU/Linux seems to have risen to an all-time high of 4% (rounding up for whole numbers). This may not sound like a lot, but the same surveyor measured it at about 2% last year and barely 1% just a few years ago. So there's clear progress. █
