Back Doors and Fake Security
They've militarised everything, even people's home computers
"Fake Security" - in just a nutshell (as we sure use this term a lot) - is something that either does not add security or worsens security. To make matters worse, the media loves promoting "Fake Security" as the "Real" security or the thing everybody must adopt in the name of security. In practice, "Fake Security" is more like "National Security" (think "National Security Agency"). It's based on the assumption of "collective security" wherein everybody's devices are remotely accessible by the state ("National Security") and this way we can protect ourselves from terror attacks, protect children from predation etc.
"Fake Security", or "National Security", in practice necessarily means back doors (of some kind). Days ago Microsoft admitted (again) problems in 'secure boot'. it was never about security and the people who promote it cannot be trusted even by their own family. █
