IBM Thrashing Confluent Upon Arrival, Based on Rumours

Last night - just shortly before bedtime - we published "Instant Bluewashing at Confluent: Mass Layoffs Alleged at IBM", citing a couple of claims we saw online (not verified by the companies involved). Today we see claims of quarter affected or 800 people:

IBM Completes Acquisition of Confluent

We deem it a bigger issue that investigative journalism perished, not that one must rely on hearsay online or mere "rumours".

If some Confluent (now IBM) staff has hard proof such as a suppressed document, then please consider becoming a whistleblower and leaking evidence to us. We already have some IBM whistleblowers, but not (none) from Confluent. █
