Microsoft made the above person a minor celebrity on a late Friday in February. She is now discovering she was groomed to be the fall guy or "Palliative Care Doctor".
For Microsoft to say that is is investing in XBox this week isn't just tactless. It'll insult many people, both inside and outside the company. Many who paid (overpaid) for a console will worry about their own "investment" in that platform. Sales of the console will take another plunge and debt will skyrocket. █
