IBM PIPs carry on and it seems like there's nothing that can stop them now. IBM is looking for less workers or cheaper workers and "the reason partners are used has nothing to do with skill," someone has said. "IBM doesn't want to hire more people and partners get the work."
There is some new IBM propaganda about PIPs and we won't reproduce it here, instead we'll show comments about it. They are hours old:

That is pretty much what people said earlier and elsewhere. IBM is just hiding the "mayhem". But it's definitely happening.
Meanwhile there's another puff piece in TheStreet, a PR outlet of IBM, and people comment on it as follows:
"So abandon AI and now quantum is the new moonshot? AK is tossing-up a Hail Mary." another one said. "This only proves one point - AK is not worried because he knows how to bullsh-t!!!"
WSJ (Murdoch) is covering up again for IBM [1, 2], so it is quite telling. When all those IBM hacks (as above) try to defend the biggest country, instead casting him as an heroic leader, a saviour.

In summary, expect many more PIPs (people who sign NDAs and don't say what happened to them) and lots of IBM-sponsored puff pieces that tell us everything is under control. We are far from impressed. █
