I also coined the term "openwashing" almost 2 decades ago (based on "greenwashing").
41 days from now this site turns 20. A lot has happened in that time and a lot more will happen. For instance, we have already drafted a detailed plan for going to the Court of Appeal, one level below the Supreme Court of the UK. For those who aren't following closely, there are ongoing attempts to silence us using lawfare, funded by third parties and waged by 3 Americans (last night I explained why Reform UK is Like Brett Wilson LLP, they act as anti-democracy proxies for convicted Americans). It's done via the same SLAPP industry hired several times by the EPO over a decade ago to stalk, harass, and try blackmail me.
The intense (and still intensifying) efforts to silence us merely mean that we're effective. Our momentum has grown and yesterday our server served over 1.5 million Web requests.
The EPO series is back on. There's a possibility that the corrupt leadership of the EPO will be tentatively over (2028); if not, everyone will recognise that it is a very corrupt leadership and its 'Cocaine King' will be a lame duck, with the reputation or stature of the EPO being worse than under Battistelli and the EU paying a heavy price for it.
There's a strong anti-democracy movement brewing in many places, not just the EPO and the US, where endless terms like in Russia and China are adopted to ratify a monarchy in service of feudal overlords subsidised by taxpayers and shielded by the regime. We need to resist this while resistance is still not criminalised. █
