Brigading Against Women - Part IXX - Overreaction From Young Female Professional After Invalid Threats Made and Sent From an Incel in Another Continent
Cowards who send threats after committing crimes online

Previous Parts:
In the previous part we spoke of what it took to handle efforts to remove pages without due process.
Some incel lied about us being in Canada and the webhost being in Canada in order to fraudulently open cases in Ontario.
This was abuse of process for the purpose of harassment. The harassment was directed towards a man in another continent, a woman in another continent, and even a business that has nothing at all to do with America.
In Ontario (meanwhile) the tribunal realised this person was a fraud, then accordingly de facto blacklisted this person (we covered this at the early stages of this series), as anyone sane and mature was eventually going to close all those frivolous, fraudulent "cases" (against me, my wife, and the webhost).
The perpetrator then withdrew them to avoid them being formally tossed out, then sent some more threats by E-mail (we assume to the webhost too).
The perpetrator had also done the same to someone in IRC (from another country!), as if the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO) was to be treated like a global "kkkop" (Internet jargon), which wasn't just time-wasting, it was actionable abuse of process (but the perpetrator claimed to be disabled, which was probably untrue, for more lenient treatment).
The process was clearly misused for many other reasons, not just jurisdiction but also scope/nature of claims. The perpetrator soon became infamous - a blueprint for tossing out fraudulent filings.
The perpetrator targeted a very young legal professional in a sister company of our webhost (saying "on behalf of Simply Hosting" while not actually working at Simply Hosting).
So I received an E-mail that I did not even open; the E-mail came from a person I never saw and a domain I had never heard of (and whose domain name sounded like some domain-related scam). I didn't open that E-mail (at all) until a paper version was sent by post. This is what it said: (rebuttal to come soon)
