MICROSOFT ya ha perdido la batalla por la superioridad técnica frente a sus competidores. Sin una ventaja legítima, todo lo que queda de Microsoft que hacer es luchar usando batallas legales, lo que es permitido por la quebrada legislación de patentes en su lugar.
