Today's Talk by Richard Stallman Going Ahead as Planned
No notice of delay or cancellation:
That talk will be in French.
We already know that the cancel culture (or "cancer culture" - a bunch of sick people) tried, and failed, to cancel his talks in the past. This time they seem to be failing again.
I visited the official FSF site to see when they stopped posting announcements of talks by RMS.
Up to September 2019 RMS lecture notices appeared frequently. After the following entry in early September 2019, announcements disappear for about two and a half years:
Richard Stallman - "Free Software and Your Freedom" (Seattle, WA) (Seattle, WA, from Sep 06, 2019 04:00 PM to Sep 06, 2019 07:00 PM)
I found only two announcements dated in the subsequent period:
Richard Stallman: The state of the free software movement (fsf.org/live, from Apr 13, 2022 02:00 PM to Apr 13, 2022 04:00 PM)
---
The Free Software Foundation (FSF) is hosting a talk by Richard M. Stallman on March 17, 2023 at 15:00 EDT (19:00 UTC). RMS: A tour of malicious software, with a typical cell phone as example -
Akira Urushibata
The Free Software Foundation (FSF) would be wise to defend its founder. His public talks aren't clandestine.
