Microsoft's Problem in Puerto Rico

A year ago: Kevin Shockey's Presentation on Puerto Rico and FSF

LOOKING at desktop and general market share in Puerto Rico (based on statCounter), it's clear that Microsoft is no longer "in charge". Vista 11 is down over there, not up. Heck, Windows is down as a whole. statCounter used to measure it at 94% and it's down to just a quarter (of observed Web requests).

Notice how much Windows has fallen. Android has climbed to its highest level in 4 years this month. █
