Africa is Android and Green (Chrome, Not Just Android Logo)
Chrome now peaking at all-time high of 79% in Africa
In Africa it seems to be Google (notably Android with Chrome) that's replacing Microsoft and Windows. Africa's shift from Microsoft to Google does not represent freedom, but at least that means that "Uncle Bill" (frequent flyer of the Lolita Express) is losing his grip on the continent's population.
Shown below is the global market share of Chrome, which dominates Africa with nearly 80%. Notice Firefox at 2.82% (globally). In Africa it is almost below 1% now.
