Microsoft Windows Dives to 10% in Angola (It Used to be 98%)

Adoption of Vista 11 has been very poor (only 1 in about 5 users of Windows uses it):

1 in 5 among 10% of the whole means that only about 2% of Web requests in Angola seems to come from Vista 11.

Yes, "the 2%"!
